The Waller County Fugitive Apprehension Division works diligently to serve some of the nearly 1000 active felony & misdemeanor warrants. This Division is also responsible for transporting inmates to and from other County Jails and to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division upon conviction.  These highly dedicated and professional groups of Deputies also transport Waller County Jail inmates daily to doctors, dentists and mental health facility appointments.  They also assist with security in the Waller County Courthouse when needed.


There are three deputies assigned to the Waller County Courthouse.  They are tasked with the important responsibility of insuring that all Courthouse employees and visitors are provided a safe environment to work in and visit.
